ABOUT ME:

I’m Vanessa — founder of Moody Creative, a design studio born from a deep love for visual storytelling and creative expression. I wear many hats: graphic designer, photographer, wife, mom, and your go-to creative Leo with a flair for bold, emotive work.

My journey into design and photography began early on, when I discovered the joy of creating art that tells stories and evokes emotion. Since then, I’ve grown Moody Creative into a space where passion meets purpose — designing logos, marketing materials, sports graphics, and capturing moments that matter.

I specialize in clean, impactful designs tailored to each client’s unique vision. Whether I'm creating branding for businesses, designing hype posters for athletes, or snapping portraits that capture personality, I bring a mix of artistry, strategy, and heart to every project.

My work is deeply rooted in family and community — all of "my kids" have gone off to college for sports, and our last one at home, my daughter, will soon be playing volleyball at WSSU. That connection is what led me to dive into athletic design. Now, I proudly cheer on countless athletes through my work, treating every project as if it's for one of my own.
